RN - CMC Emergency Services - Per Diem - 12 Hour - Variable

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at John Muir Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a compassionate healing environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
- Assume responsibility for planning, delegating, and coordinating nursing care for a group of patients
- Utilize evidence-based practices and relevant patient care models to deliver care
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 6 months of acute care experience preferred
- 2000 hours of emergency nursing experience within the last 3 years (core requirement)
- Current RN licensure in California
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- PALS certification from the American Heart Association (required prior to completion of orientation)
- Other certifications may be required based on departmental needs
This is a per diem position with variable hours, including nights. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
CompensationHourly rate: $104.97. Compensation is based on demonstrated experience and licensure.
