We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at John Muir Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a compassionate healing environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
- Assume responsibility for planning, delegating, and coordinating nursing care for a group of patients.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and relevant patient care models to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 6 months of nursing experience in acute care, preferably in emergency services.
- 2000 hours of nursing experience in emergency services, obtained within the last 3 years.
- Current RN licensure in California.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- PALS certification from the American Heart Association or ENPC certification from the Emergency Nurses Association.
- Approved cardiac rhythm test certification.
- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) competency.
This is a per diem position with variable shifts, including days and nights. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
CompensationThe hourly rate for this position is $104.97, with the opportunity for compensation adjustments based on experience and licensure.
