Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the CEO, CMO, COO, and CFO, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining confidential files.
- Work effectively with external vendors to ensure seamless operations and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in the revision of policies, records, and forms, typing up revisions and assembling manuals as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients, patients, and visitors, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain administrative files, supplies inventory, and prepare invoices and reports to funding agencies as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED and one year of administrative assistant experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute and use office equipment, including computers, fax machines, telephones, and copiers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
