At Well Dunn Catering, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional events in the DMV area. As a leader in innovative event creation, we seek an Event Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver superior customer service through prompt and professional communication via phone or email.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create and revise event proposals, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Oversee vendor orders, guaranteeing timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Ensure contract approval and confirmation from clients prior to events.
  • Compile comprehensive event packets, including layouts, details, and supporting documents.
  • Verify billing information and assist with invoicing for accounting purposes.
  • Maintain close communication with Account Executives regarding client interactions.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and events as needed.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated passion for food and event sales.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and polished communication manner.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adequate transportation to the office and events is required.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative and/or event experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Adequate transportation to the office and event sites is required.
Compensation Package
  • Base Salary starting at $52,000 per year, accompanied by hourly event pay and performance-based bonuses - Estimated Annual Pay: $65,000+

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, with occasional evening and weekend work based on the events calendar.
