Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Controls Leader (Division Manager) to drive growth in our Horwitz Controls offering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing controls solutions for clients, mentoring team members, and building internal partnerships to integrate emerging BAS unit processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to bridge the gap between new and mature business units, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Work with the Preconstruction team to identify emerging opportunities and technologies to partner with and grow the Horwitz Controls offering.
  • Lead a team of professionals to enhance their capabilities and drive excellence in new technologies and next-gen approaches.
  • Conduct yourself in accordance with Horwitz core values: Safe, Accountable, Professional, Motivated, Can Do, and Curious.
Requirements
  • A desire to be an entrepreneur in building automation and controls.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of people to grow a business unit.
  • Bachelor's or technical degree in Computer Science, BAS/Controls, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ideally 7+ years of relevant building controls experience.
