Job Overview

Homestead Road is expanding its services with the launch of a retail real estate brokerage division. We are seeking a seasoned leader to head this new venture, responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of real estate agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the structure, strategies, and operations for the brokerage division, ensuring alignment with Homestead Road's overall goals.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of experienced real estate agents focused on converting seller leads into listings.
  • Implement comprehensive training programs to equip agents with the skills needed to secure listings and provide exceptional service.
  • Set clear performance targets for the team, monitor progress, and provide coaching to ensure continuous improvement and success.
  • Drive the expansion of the brokerage division by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with marketing teams to maintain a steady flow of leads.
  • Ensure that the brokerage team delivers outstanding service, building strong, lasting relationships with sellers and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate brokerage or sales management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate markets and a deep understanding of industry regulations.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
