Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Systems Manager to join our expanding Finance Systems team. This role is crucial in designing and architecting scalable financial systems to support Circle's growth in a dynamic corporate environment. You will collaborate closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to facilitate the design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives, automate finance processes, and support international expansion in our current and future financial systems.

Specific Duties Include:

  1. Leading the implementation of Oracle Financials and guiding the team through design choices.
  2. Collaborating with accounting and finance teams to enable new functionalities within Oracle ERP and other financial systems.
  3. Driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders for solution design.
  4. Documenting and managing testing processes and obtaining necessary approvals for system changes.
  5. Assisting finance teams in providing data and responses for internal and SOX audits.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. 12+ years of relevant experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle and other financial systems.
  3. Proven experience in implementing ERP systems like Oracle Financials.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with all organizational levels.
  5. Exceptional change management capabilities and the ability to lead teams through transitions.
  6. Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at multitasking and problem-solving.
  7. Self-motivated, attentive, and committed to follow-through.
  8. Driven to enhance value and continuously seek improvement opportunities.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  10. Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is a plus.

Additional Information:

  1. This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Circle is on a mission to foster an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider various factors when determining compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Starting pay is influenced by factors such as relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may vary for candidates in different locations.

Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $137,500

Included: Equity & Benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)). Circle offers a discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
