Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Systems Manager to enhance our Finance Systems team. This role is pivotal in designing and structuring scalable financial systems that align with Circle's growth in a dynamic corporate landscape. You will collaborate closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to facilitate finance transformation, automation, and the optimization of essential finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the implementation of Oracle Financials, guiding the team through critical design choices.
  2. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to enable new functionalities within Oracle ERP and related systems.
  3. Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders for effective solution design.
  4. Document and manage testing processes and approvals for system modifications.
  5. Assist finance teams in preparing responses and data for internal and SOX audits.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. 12+ years of relevant experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
  3. Proven experience in implementing ERP solutions like Oracle Financials.

  5. Strong change management capabilities and experience leading teams through transitions.
  6. Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at multitasking and problem-solving.
  7. Self-motivated and committed to follow-through.
  8. Proactive in seeking improvement opportunities both individually and as part of a team.
  9. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  10. Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is a plus.

Additional Information:

  1. This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Circle is dedicated to fostering an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We evaluate various factors when determining compensation, including experience, skills, and organizational needs.

Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $137,500, including equity and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Circle offers a discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
