Position Overview:


As the Lead Operations Strategist at VeoRide, you will be pivotal in harmonizing various operational sectors with the overarching strategic goals of the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in spearheading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency while uncovering avenues for revenue enhancement and cost savings.

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will be instrumental in facilitating VeoRide's growth trajectory.

This role supports a hybrid work model, allowing you to engage creatively with cross-functional teams in person for part of the week while working remotely for the remainder.


Key Responsibilities:


1. **Ownership of Business Strategies:** Transform strategic objectives into operational initiatives that yield measurable outcomes, guiding the implementation of broader initiatives.

2. **Strategic Initiative Development:** Define, initiate, and lead analytical projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining operational workflows, collaborating closely with cross-departmental teams and senior leadership.

3. **Operational Analysis:** Identify inefficiencies, conduct thorough investigations to determine root causes, and recommend modifications to existing processes and frameworks to boost operational performance and reduce costs.

4. **Solution Development:** Create scalable operational solutions, manage risks across the organization, and establish best practices that drive organizational benefits.

5. **Team Leadership:** Oversee a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and tools that optimize field operations productivity, safety, and employee engagement.

6. **Revenue Growth Identification:** Recognize opportunities for revenue enhancement and formulate actionable plans for key stakeholders.


Qualifications:
1. **Experience:** A minimum of 6 years in Operations Strategy, Operations Management, or a related field.2. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.3. **Skills:** Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a proven track record in project and OKR management.4. **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in preparing and presenting reports.5. **Adaptability:** Experience or a strong desire to thrive in a dynamic operational environment.6. **Travel:** Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to engage with field operations and identify improvement opportunities.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $140,000 to $160,000, complemented by an Annual Performance Bonus and Equity (Stock Options), along with a comprehensive benefits package.

VeoRide values total compensation, and salary is influenced by geographic cost of labor and various factors, including job-related skills and experience. Our total compensation package for this role, including bonus potential, typically ranges from $150,500 to $180,000 annually, with opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.
