Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Systems Manager to become an integral part of our expanding Finance Systems team. This position is crucial for the design and architecture of scalable financial systems that will support Circle's growth in a dynamic corporate environment. You will collaborate closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to facilitate the design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives, automation of financial processes, and international expansion within our current and future financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing the implementation of Oracle Financials and guiding the team through design choices.
  2. Collaborating with accounting and finance teams to enable new functionalities within Oracle ERP and other financial systems.
  3. Driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders for effective solution design.
  4. Documenting and managing testing processes and related approvals for system modifications.
  5. Assisting finance teams in providing necessary data and responses for internal and SOX audits.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. 12+ years of relevant experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle and other financial platforms.
  3. Proven experience in implementing ERP systems like Oracle Financials.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting across all organizational levels.
  5. Strong change management capabilities and experience leading teams through transitions.
  6. Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at multitasking and problem-solving.
  7. Self-motivated, attentive, and committed to follow-through.
  8. Proactive in adding value and seeking improvement opportunities.
  9. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  10. Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is a plus.

Additional Information:

  1. This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Circle is dedicated to fostering an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider various factors when determining compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $137,500

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy, provides 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
