Head of Sales and Development

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Development to drive new sales and achieve sales goals for our Software Engineering and Testing businesses in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Forecast sales trends, pipeline, and plan activities effectively to meet sales objectives through the sale of Techno Brain software engineering services.
- Develop and execute new account plans, deliver presentations to new clients, and close business with a consultative solution-selling process.
- Drive the capture and monitoring of critical sales data, ensuring sales forecasting data is both accurate and complete, and customer/market insights are consistently communicated to the team.
- Lead proposal development and RFP/tender responses, managing and implementing the sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes.
- A proven track record of selling to Technology giants and enterprise technology companies, with substantial Outsourcing and Engineering Business experience.
- Excellent commercial awareness and networking skills across the industry.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change and ambiguity.
- Team working skills and diplomacy to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional environment.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. Location: United States.
