Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our studio operations as a Head of Studio. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of two studios, including managing procurement and resource allocation, overseeing franchise sales, relationship management, and branding. They will also be responsible for supporting initiatives that increase revenue, including group classes, private training, retail sales, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with executive team members on studio financials, communications, and marketing

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, 5-7 years of experience in management, specialization in studio operations and franchise standards, 3 years of experience in a leadership role, superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines.
