About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and growing business in the coatings, adhesives, sealant, and elastomer (CASE) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales and a passion for building relationships with multinational firms.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:
* 4+ years of industrial sales experience
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Strong technical knowledge of specialty chemicals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
