We are looking for a talented and driven Service Account Manager to join The Hill Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  2. NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Cultivate new business leads and opportunities for growth.
  3. SERVICE AGREEMENTS: Estimate, sell, and manage maintenance service agreements and projects.
  4. PROJECT EXECUTION: Coordinate project execution and monitor daily account activities.
  5. COMPANY POLICIES: Adhere to company policies and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Relevant industry experience.
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HVAC KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with HVAC and control systems is a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
