Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to oversee the development of sales strategies and plans to drive growth in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and commercial development.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods, management, sales, negotiation, finance, and team managing industry.
- Proven DSD experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
