Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to oversee the development of sales strategies and plans to drive growth in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and commercial development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods, management, sales, negotiation, finance, and team managing industry.
  • Proven DSD experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
