Job Title: Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Director at Red Bull North America, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts within a defined geographic area or region. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement a business plan that aligns with our company's overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan that aligns with our company's overall strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, on-premise, and distribution, to understand our business strategies and implement them within the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and consumers to drive sales growth and market expansion
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, on-premise, or distribution
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team
  • Expertise in at least one of our core business pillars (sales, on-premise, distribution, or marketing)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage
