We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team and help drive sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving occupancy rates.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Training and supporting Community Relations Coordinators at Senior Living Communities
  • Assisting in driving sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals
  • Reviewing ROI for advertising, referral relationships, etc. and proactively addressing opportunities
  • Professionally reporting occupancy numbers and revenue-building tactics to ownership groups and stakeholders
  • Traveling regionally to support Directors/Community Relations Coordinators and auditing building/materials

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Associate's degree in Marketing or Communication, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Maintaining a valid driver's license and ability to drive
  • One to three years of experience managing multi-site senior living facilities
  • High level of proficiency with CRMs and Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
