Regional Sales and Marketing Director

As a key member of the DaVita leadership team, the Regional Sales and Marketing Director will oversee all sales and marketing activity within a defined geographic area or region.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, on-premise, or distribution, with a proven track record of leading a team and driving business growth.

Responsibilities will include planning and implementing the business plan within the region, working closely with the U.S. Region leadership teams to understand business strategies and implement them with customers and consumers.

Key qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, on-premise, or distribution
  • Experience leading a team
  • Expertise in at least one of our core business pillars (sales, on-premise, distribution, or marketing)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills an advantage

This is a permanent position with benefits, requiring travel of 40-50%.
