Sales Director

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building relationships and developing referrals to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture lead sources and identify new opportunities
- Organize strategic marketing events to promote the Sunrise Story
- Develop creative tactics to convert leads to move-ins
- Train new team members and reinforce the community's brand reputation
- Achieve maximum occupancy goals
- Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel/hospitality, or related healthcare environment
- Previous sales experience and successful track record in identifying and building local relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate small-group presentations
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for seniors and ability to nurture relationships
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications
