Key Responsibilities
  • Support Product Managers: Assist a small team of product managers in optimizing the site experience for conversion and lead creation.
  • Experimentation and Innovation: Play a key role in various projects, including experimentation, new user flows, product launches, and technical debt.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Product, Design, CRM, Engineering, and Analytics to influence product strategy, provide a vision for future experiences, and improve day-to-day processes.
  • Velocity and Quality: Increase the velocity of experiment output while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Culture and Team Environment: Cultivate a collaborative culture and a healthy team environment.
  • Customer Advocacy: Be an advocate for the customer, consuming and remaining grounded in user research, and focused on solving user challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, experimentation, or CRO in the ecommerce or tech space.
  • Agile Framework: Experience working in an Agile framework.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial self-starter with a curious mindset.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Proven experience making data-informed decisions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, based on location and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
