NineTwoThree, a leading software company in Boston, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

This role will involve working closely with our cross-functional team to achieve the goals of our NineTwoThree product. Our main focus is on developing meaningful products for our clients while maintaining open communication, awareness, and transparency.

We are poised to continue producing world-class products for our established clients, with over 21% growth this year.

About the Role

You will assist clients with hundreds of millions of customers and billions of dollars to spend. As the primary point of contact, you will communicate project expectations and schedules to the client, understand their needs, and identify new opportunities to build technology solutions.

You must have a sense of ownership and responsibility for the project, caring for the client's needs and anticipating feature requests. Experience in mobile and web application building is highly valued.

In this role, you will oversee a particular product or set of products from beginning to end.

Main Responsibilities
  • Research the industry of the product being built and become a subject matter expert.
  • Synthesize the client's product ideas and business goals into actionable steps for the team.
  • Identify key unknowns or assumptions that require research.
  • Conduct usability interviews with real users to provide feedback to the client and team.
  • Prevent scope creep and business creep by pushing back on ideas, design, or feature requests when they don't meet the job requirements or business goals.
  • Prioritize overall deliverables for the project and track progress.
  • Maintain a friendly and collaborative relationship with the client.
  • Review design and obtain approval from the client.
  • Work closely with the assigned Project Manager to deliver fixed-price projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • Proven experience managing SaaS web and mobile products.
  • Deep understanding of software application development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and project teams.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic project environment.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, organizational skills, leadership skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Good analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in the EST or CST time zone.
  • Location: Boston or surrounding areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a remote team.

We offer competitive compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 100% remote job, annual paid vacation, paid sick leave and holidays, reimbursement of expenses for professional development courses/certifications (up to 100% agreement with the Manager), and a tight-knit team of professionals with a good sense of humor.
