Regional Sales Channel Manager

Brightspeed is seeking a highly motivated Regional Channel Sales professional to join our team. As a Regional Channel Sales professional, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales performance of our local sales channels, including Agents, D2D, Retail, Events, etc.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales team management, with experience in managing 3rd Party sales partners. You will be responsible for identifying potential partnerships, conducting market analysis, and uncovering opportunities for increased sales volume. Additionally, you will assist in executing strategies and initiatives designed by the Director or Manager, Sales Channel - Door To Door & National Partners.

Requirements
- College Degree
- 2-5 years of experience in sales team management
- Results-oriented, analytical, and willing to take initiative
- Specific experience managing 3rd Party sales partners
- Experience selling residential telecommunications solutions
