Premier Pump & Power seeks a skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Eastern US region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead sales efforts, developing strong relationships with clients and driving revenue expansion. Key responsibilities include quote management, customer engagement, sales collateral design, sales process guidance, trade show representation, CMS maintenance, and new business development.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare Accurate Quotes: Deliver timely and accurate quotes to clients, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  2. Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate with clients to close sales, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
  3. Design Impactful Sales Materials: Create engaging sales collateral, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and technical specifications.
  4. Guide Clients Through Sales Process: Ensure clients have a seamless sales experience, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  5. Represent Company at Trade Shows: Attend trade shows, representing the company professionally and showcasing products.
  6. Maintain CRM Tools: Update and maintain CRM tools, tracking sales progress and identifying opportunities for growth.
  7. Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, scheduling and delivering new sales presentations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in industrial equipment or pump manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of closing new business sales contracts.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to translate customer requirements into pump specifications.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and results-driven mindset.
