Job Description
Brightspeed is looking for a Sales Channel Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Channel Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve sales performance and revenue growth. You will also assist in executing door-to-door sales and go-to-market launch plans, as well as coordinate events-based programs.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales team management, with experience in managing 3rd Party sales partners. You will be responsible for analyzing sales reports and data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, and collaborating with sales partners to optimize sales through weekly accountability meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance
  • Assist in executing door-to-door sales and go-to-market launch plans
  • Coordinate events-based programs
  • Analyze sales reports and data
  • Collaborate with sales partners to optimize sales

Requirements
  • College Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales team management
  • Results-oriented, analytical, and willing to take initiative
  • Specific experience managing 3rd Party sales partners
  • Experience selling residential telecommunications solutions
