As a Regional Sales Development Manager (Broker Relationship Manager), you will establish long-term partnerships with commercial auto insurance brokers in your region, driving sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan to drive profitable premium growth.
  • Travel around your region to visit brokers, fostering trusted relationships.
  • Create and maintain deep connections with broker partners.
  • Serve as an expert on market pricing, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Mentor team members, promoting professional growth and collaboration.

You will leverage your network of brokers and wholesalers to expand the business and utilize innovative sales techniques to close deals and build new relationships.

This role requires up to 40% travel within your region. We seek a motivated, talented professional with 3+ years of experience managing insurance company relationships and knowledge of commercial lines auto insurance.

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
