Job Title:

Capital Equipment Sales Manager - East Coast Region

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts throughout the East Coast U.S. region in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the East Coast region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs within manufacturing industries.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or business or commensurate experience.
  • Proven experience in direct sales with a minimum of 5 years of regional sales experience in B2B.
  • Capital equipment sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the recruitment of new sales partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 (base plus commission) and a comprehensive benefits package.
