Aircraft Scheduling Specialist

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As an Aircraft Scheduling Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the deployment of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) to various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of Maintenance Schedules: Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance.
- TCTO Process Oversight: Oversee the TCTO process for completion and proper documentation with IMDS and/or CEMS.
- Aircraft Record Maintenance: Maintain assigned aircraft/equipment records in database library files within IMDS and/or CEMS.
- Documentation and Planning: Assist in the collection, review, and filing of documented information for planning and scheduling of RPA maintenance activities.
- Documentation Accuracy: Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections.
- Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned or requested.
- Education: High School diploma or completion of relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.
- Experience: Minimum of one-year actual Aircraft Plans & Scheduling experience required.
- Skills: Basic planning and organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision, and ability to gain/maintain CEMS access for Engine Management purposes.
- Clearance: Employee must meet all OCONUS deployment criteria, to include pre-deployment medical screening, as a condition of employment.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, and/or wear Military Issued Equipment in excess of 50 pounds for extended periods.
- Language: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Clearance: Must have had an Active Secret US Government Clearance within the last 12 months. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Driver's License: Must have a current/active U.S. Driver's License.
- Flight-Line Driver's License: Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid flight-line Government Driver's License.
- Passport: Must have valid U.S. Passport with a minimum of two years remaining with at least two facing pairs (four total) of blank Visa pages.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated with booster. Accommodations may be available under limited circumstances.
- Education: Associate degree in a relevant career field.
- Experience: Plans and Scheduling experience within the last 10 years.
- RPA Operations Experience: RPA Operations & Deployment experience.
- Engine Management Experience: Previous experience as Engine Manager with CEMS experience.
- Defense Contractor Experience: Prior experience as a Defense Contractor.
- MQ-9 Plans and Scheduling Experience: Previous MQ-9 Plans and Scheduling experience desired.
