Position Overview:
A dedicated team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office is looking for a dynamic individual to join as a Client Relations Specialist. This role is pivotal in supporting our Private Advisor team and engaging directly with our esteemed clientele. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, all while demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Duties:
- Facilitate account setup and ongoing management, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and returned promptly.
- Process investment subscription forms and verify funding status.
- Address client inquiries related to account activities across various custodians, including transactions and document retrieval.
- Assist clients with online access to their accounts.

Investment Support:
- Prepare comprehensive materials for client meetings, including investment summaries and agendas.
- Upload monthly account reports to designated client portals.
- Attend calls with internal and external managers, taking detailed notes to share with the team.

Client Engagement:
- Organize outreach efforts for client meetings.
- Schedule preparatory meetings with the Rockefeller team and other participants to ensure readiness for client interactions.
- Attend meetings, document discussions, and distribute follow-up action items as necessary.
- Manage team communications, including market insights, client events, and seasonal greetings, while maintaining updated contact lists.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in client service within the financial sector or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses is strongly preferred; candidates should be willing to obtain these if not already held.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with eMoney financial planning software is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
