Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, directing inquiries and taking messages as necessary.
  • Oversee the upkeep and organization of workspaces.
  • Provide support to the management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Foster effective communication across different departments.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and assist with project planning.
  • Carry out additional office duties such as replenishing supplies, sorting mail, and generating reports.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles or similar fields.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
