The Administrative Coordinator will undertake a variety of administrative tasks that demand discretion, initiative, and sound judgment for the executive and their team. You will deliver high-level administrative assistance by conducting research, preparing reports, managing information requests, and executing clerical duties such as drafting correspondence, welcoming visitors, coordinating conference calls, arranging travel, and scheduling meetings.

Moreover, the ability to engage with personnel at all levels in a dynamic environment, while remaining adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, is essential for this position. Demonstrated experience in cultivating relationships within a complex organizational structure, as well as proficiency in managing administrative and executive support tasks with minimal oversight, is required. You will need to modify procedures, processes, and techniques to fulfill assignments in alignment with departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant capacity
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in managing calendars
  • Collaborative team player
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including table creation, mail merges, and basic formatting
  • Familiarity with general office practices (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses, calendar management)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
  • Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
  • Discretion and sound judgment in confidential matters, with proven experience interacting with senior leadership.
