About the Role
Jackson Healthcare is a leading healthcare services company that provides innovative solutions to healthcare systems, hospitals, and medical facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Property Management and Community Impact teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage various administrative tasks, including email correspondence, report preparation, and document management.
- Provide exceptional support to the teams, including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and maintaining team calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and oversee organization projects for supplies and decor.
- Assist with expense reports and miscellaneous design and printing orders.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 1 year of experience in office and administrative work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Notary certification.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Smartsheet).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
