Job Description

Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operations and execution of our finance, revenue, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable our GTM team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment across teams.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor performance metrics, develop insights, make recommendations, and implement optimizations across functions (sales, revenue, and marketing).
  • Support Functions: Support the day-to-day functions of sales, finance, marketing, and customer success.
  • Trend Identification: Alert sales and senior leadership to trends that may negatively impact revenue predictability.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinate internal teams to create or improve processes across all functional business areas.
  • System Development: Create foundational systems including dashboards, reports, and automations for senior leadership to visualize and recognize the health of our business units.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Assist with revenue forecasting, sales stages, and conversion metrics, and ensure our models, reporting, and process supports linear growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: From an accredited university.
  • Functional Knowledge: Across all three, and expertise in at least one of: sales, revenue, and marketing operations.
  • HubSpot Experience: 3+ years of professional experience working with HubSpot.
  • Operations Experience: Direct experience building, implementing and/or running SalesOps and MarketingOps functions, including system buildout and optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, and lead attribution.
  • Teamwork: Strong communicator who can be a mediator between multiple departments and initiatives.
  • Project Management: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Multiple Projects: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently for different stakeholders.

Compensation:

$100,000-130,000 Salary
