About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily culinary functions within our establishment. This role involves working across various kitchens and ensuring the seamless operation of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, evaluate, and lead kitchen staff to uphold our cultural and operational standards.
  • Assist in the development and execution of recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all food items.
  • Manage labor and operational costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation standards as mandated by Four Seasons and local regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Implement quality control systems to guarantee portion consistency and monitor food deliveries to meet our purchasing specifications.
  • Foster communication among team members and attend regular meetings to enhance departmental coordination.

Qualifications:

Education: A degree in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of three to five years in a culinary role, with one to two years in a supervisory capacity.

Skills: Proficient in culinary operations and Four Seasons standards, with strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
