The Manager of Recording Operations is a pivotal role that oversees the daily functions of the recording team. This position is integral to enhancing the real estate process, equipping both our staff and clients with innovative solutions to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities and performance metrics of the recording team.
- Ensure compliance with the latest county and state recording regulations.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory assessments for accuracy, along with quarterly underwriting reporting and reconciliation.
- Oversee the intake and quality control of signed documentation.
Essential Functions:
- Quality check and manage recording documents for various real estate transactions.
- Maintain a processing pipeline of under 10 business days.
Qualifications:
- Proven managerial experience in a relevant field.
- Prior experience with electronic recording processes.
- A minimum of 2 years in the mortgage, escrow, or title industry.
- At least 3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position varies by location and experience, with a competitive hourly rate.
