Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually plus eligibility for bonuses

As a Valued Center Leader, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to positively impacting the lives of children and staff by fostering an environment of trust and connection with diverse groups.
  • Ensuring the center's physical environment and all health/safety protocols are consistently compliant with local and state regulations.
  • Maintaining a fully staffed center with high-performing educators through active recruitment, training, coaching, and engagement with current and prospective team members.
  • Guiding educators in implementing our proprietary curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to create a fun and effective learning atmosphere.
  • Delivering consistent business outcomes, measured through family retention, enrollment growth, and operational efficiency, including managing accounts receivable and payable, monthly financials, and payroll.
  • Effectively engaging prospective families through in-person and virtual tours, and organizing community marketing events to enhance awareness and enrollment.
We Encourage You to Apply If You:
  • Possess two or more years of leadership or management experience in a center setting, with at least one year required.
  • Hold state-specific Administrative or Director credentials, along with any other relevant state guidelines.
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, which is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing regulations.
Must meet all applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
