Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Director to lead our team and drive business results. As a Center Director, you will be responsible for maintaining a state-of-the-art learning environment, ensuring compliance with local and state licensing regulations, and delivering exceptional results in family retention, enrollment growth, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport.
- Maintain the physical center environment and ensure compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Ensure center is always fully staffed with high-performing teachers by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and utilizing our engaging characters to drive learning.
- Deliver consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and business operations.
- Effectively engage prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours and organize community marketing events to drive awareness and enrollment.
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred.
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility. Our benefits package includes health, vision, dental insurance, 401K, pet discount plan, child care discounts, and more.
