Retail Relationship Banker

Position Overview: As a Retail Relationship Banker, you will provide outstanding service to customers while identifying their financial needs and offering tailored solutions. Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer loyalty and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
  • Facilitate customer transactions and provide guidance on digital banking options to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for personal and small business banking solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while managing customer inquiries and transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Experience in consultative sales and customer service roles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and applications to assist customers.
