Position Overview:

Wells Fargo is looking for a dedicated Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our Branch Banking team within the Consumer and Small Business Banking division. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide an outstanding experience by proactively reaching out and offering suitable products, services, and digital solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Assist clients with fundamental requests such as opening new accounts, fulfilling service requests, and processing credit applications.
  • Work under the guidance of management while exercising sound judgment within established policies and procedures.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of banking products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through attentive interaction and support.
  • Present appropriate banking options to clients and refer them to other specialists as necessary.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer interaction or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Preferred:

  • Strong customer service orientation with experience managing complex transactions across various systems.
  • Proven ability to engage customers proactively through outreach via phone or email.
  • Capability to educate clients on technology and promote the benefits of mobile banking solutions.
  • Experience in collaborating with team members to fulfill customer needs and develop robust customer relationships.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate losses.
