Overview Of The Job Profile
The Business/Customer Success Analyst will be instrumental in enhancing Customer Success by fostering relationships with clients in our rapidly expanding organization.
Responsibilities
1. Manage Customer Life Cycle & Account Oversight – from Sales Transition, Ensure seamless onboarding, and Maintain consistent engagement through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, fostering a relationship built on Trust & Transparency.
2. Facilitate customer onboarding with integration assistance and promote product adoption.
3. Advocate for the customer's voice and influence the product development trajectory.
4. Prioritize understanding every facet of the customer experience, placing their needs at the forefront.
5. Utilize data and analytics to identify at-risk customers and proactively engage to reduce churn risk.
6. Monitor initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and establish new capabilities.
7. Become a subject matter expert on Scrut Automation and how our platform enhances security posture through our standard offerings (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR).
Requirements
1. 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
2. Familiarity with the cybersecurity or compliance sector.
3. Strong communication skills paired with critical thinking capabilities.
4. Problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach.
5. Comfortable discussing technical concepts with a technical audience.
6. Exceptional multitasking abilities.
7. A strong work ethic and the ability to seek assistance when necessary.
