Job Summary:

Westgate Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage front desk operations: Check-in and check-out guests, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies: Familiarize yourself with Westgate Resorts' policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training: Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and resort operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: Required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to interact with guests, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Basic math skills: Ability to handle cash, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Availability to work varied shifts: Including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
