POSITION OVERVIEW

If your answer is yes, then consider joining the Front Office team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Here, you will have the chance to warmly welcome our Owners and guests back, all while benefiting from our commitment to the well-being of our associates.
As a Guest Services Representative, your role will involve direct interaction with Owners and guests from their arrival until their departure. Your duties will encompass processing guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as providing precise information about the resort and its surroundings, ensuring a tailored vacation experience for each Owner and guest.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to company policies and procedures; report any incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; maintain a clean and professional appearance; uphold confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets.
- Greet and acknowledge guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address their service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express genuine gratitude to guests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally; answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships; collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives; listen and respond effectively to employee concerns.
- Comply with quality assurance standards.
- Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Handle, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Maintain a strong focus on customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
