As a Guest Services Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling telephone inquiries and relaying messages accurately.
  • Responding to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and travel assistance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Processing payments, computing bills, and managing financial transactions.
  • Coordinating reservations and confirming bookings for guests.
  • Recording charges for services such as dining and entertainment.
  • Arranging transportation and tour services for guests.
  • Assisting guests with securing valuables in the hotel safe.
  • Conducting nightly audits and checks.
  • Listening to guest concerns and providing effective solutions.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
