Overview:

As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, handling inquiries, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently assist guests in all front office operations, including registration and cashiering.
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality at all times.
  • Provide training and support to new team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Full-time position with cash handling responsibilities.
  • Strong public interaction and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in front desk or guest relations is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transporting items up to 60 pounds.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods and engage in walking in various weather conditions.
