Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Identify and build relationships with potential commercial clients through networking and outreach.
    • Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with clients to understand their HVAC needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation
    • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and quotations for HVAC systems and services.
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
    • Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into sales and track progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to service by clearly communicating client requirements, expectations, and project details to the service team.
    • Monitor the progress of installations or service calls to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards and timelines.
    • Gather feedback from clients about their onboarding experience and relay this information to the service team for continuous improvement.
  • Administrative and Reporting Duties
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, proposals, and client documentation efficiently.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary $50,000+ and commission-based on sales quota.
