Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic Guest Services Representatives to join the Equinox team. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to make a substantial impact within a vibrant and evolving organization.
  • Professionally welcome members and guests
  • Verify membership IDs upon entry
  • Answer phone inquiries with professionalism
  • Address member questions, concerns, and discrepancies
  • Update member accounts as necessary
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Availability for opening, closing, and mid-day shifts
  • Conduct tours for members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Assist other departments with related tasks
Qualifications
  • Dependable, professional, tech-savvy, energetic, and personable
  • Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports
  • Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing
  • Effective communication skills in person, via email, and over the phone
Essential Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform all essential physical tasks of the role, including standing for extended periods, sitting, walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and bending
  • Capability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
