Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reservation Management: Book and enter room reservation requests using our Property Management System, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Rooming Lists: Enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required, to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Communication: Take ownership of the caller's request and ensure follow-up according to our hotel's standards, communicating with the Front Office/Guest Services team as needed.
  • Revenue Maximization: Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities, liaising with Sales and other departments as required.
  • Customer Inquiry: Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our guests.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer-related experience required, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Technical Skills: Previous Property Manager System (Opera) experience preferred, with computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, focusing attention on guest needs and remaining calm and courteous at all times.
