- Communication: Take ownership of the caller's request and ensure follow-up according to our hotel's standards, communicating with the Front Office/Guest Services team as needed.
- Revenue Maximization: Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities, liaising with Sales and other departments as required.
- Customer Inquiry: Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our guests.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer-related experience required, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Technical Skills: Previous Property Manager System (Opera) experience preferred, with computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, focusing attention on guest needs and remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Competitive Pay: Pay rate: $27.50 USD Gross hourly.
