Position Summary:

As a Valet Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to offer exceptional customer service to guests in a professional and efficient manner. You will assist guests upon arrival and departure by performing tasks such as opening doors, parking and securing vehicles, handling luggage, and retrieving vehicles promptly while providing a warm welcome to hotel guests.

  • This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, as our service continues regardless of rain, snow, or extreme temperatures.
  • A passion for physical activity is essential, as you will be lifting luggage up to 50 lbs and may need to run or stand for extended periods.
  • You should be personable and enjoy engaging with guests, as delivering outstanding service is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience as a valet parking attendant is preferred.
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is necessary.
  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license and a minimum of three years of driving experience are required.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, drug tests, and MVR screenings.
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions is essential.
