Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our top-level executives in our Miami division of Sony Pictures Television.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, routing mail and faxes, and filing documents
  • Assist with special projects, such as preparing business information packets and presentations
  • Coordinate conference and video calls, and ensure that all attendees receive agendas and meeting materials
  • Translate documents and emails from English to Spanish and vice versa
  • Order non-electronic department supplies and work with IT support to ensure that executive equipment is functioning properly
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a Fortune 500 company
  • 1+ year of experience in the entertainment industry is desired but not required
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) with high proficiency in both oral and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and represent Sony Pictures Entertainment in a professional manner
