Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by managing office tasks and providing organizational assistance. Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Support: Greet and assist visitors, providing a professional and friendly environment.
  • Communication Management: Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling of meetings for the office.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Supply Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, creating presentations, and handling office communications.
  • Travel and Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
