  • Oversee sustainable sourcing practices, ensuring ethical and environmentally friendly supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to integrate sustainability into the design, production, and lifecycle of our products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, industry groups, investors, and consumers.
  • Represent the company at sustainability forums, conferences, and industry events, positioning the client as a leader in corporate sustainability.
  • Communicate the company's sustainability vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external audiences, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Promote a culture of corporate responsibility and ethics across the organization, ensuring adherence to global standards and regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the company, aligning these efforts with broader sustainability goals.
  • Oversee community engagement and philanthropic efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the sustainability team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, operations, supply chain, and legal to ensure the integration of sustainability across the business.
  • Drive internal education and training programs on sustainability practices and principles.
